A work place in 10 steps !
We invite you to benefit freely, as candidate, of the services of recruitment and selection offered by Romconsult International. We describe below a summary of the stages that we normally carry on with each distributed candidate, from the moment of depositing a CV in our data base until the final stage, the employment:
- Send the CV. You have at your disposal the special form to send CV-s.
Attach also a photo in case you have one available. In order to send the CV you can also use the e-mail address: office
hr-recruitment . - Your CV will be taken over by a consultant and will be registered in the data base, taking into account your wishes and specifications: the field you want to activate in, the location, etc.
- You will be contacted by us as soon as one of the vacant work places administered by Romconsult International fits your requirements and preparation.
- A detailed discussion will be the next step. We try to offer all details that come together with the respective job sheet so that you possess all necessary information for the next stage, that is:
- The interviews of selection and the evaluation process - whose number and length vary from one job to another
- Subsequently to the interviews and evaluation tests, as well as to the discussions held with the psychologist of the company, a psychological profile will result, which will be put at the disposal of the work provider.
- The final interview: Work provider - Selected candidates
- Feed- Back
- The result of the interview - you are communicated the decision of the work provider as soon as we receive it
- The actual employment, a stage also attentively supervised by us. We try to conclude the process of recruitment-selection and distribution with the belief that both the work provider and the candidate observed the initial agreements.
